ONE Mission Bay is pleased to offer an Electric Vehicle Charging Station upgrade for $15,000. This is your last opportunity to opt-in to the program. If you have done so already, we are sending out Upgrade Addendums this week and will need them signed with the full deposit by November 17.

There are a limited number of EV Charging Stations available. By checking yes, you are adding your name to our interest list for consideration. In the event the demand exceeds the number of parking stations we will hold a lottery. 50% will be due upon execution of the Upgrade Amendment.
